While most agents will bring a listing agreement to the meeting and ask you sign it, we will not bring any contracts to our initial meeting and not have you sign any document. We will simply hand you a real estate disclosure form (AD) as required by law as well as hand over some of our marketing materials for you to later review. If you are interested in using our services, we will meet later to work out the specific details. We are excellent at estimating market value for a unique property. While many agents just hand you a pile of comps, market value is not that simple!
